Create Order Form

  1. Open the sheet template
  2. "Make a copy" of the sheets into your Google Drive
    Make a duplicate of the sheet
  3. Publish the sheet to web.
    File -> Share -> Publish to web
    Publish the sheet to web
  4. Click the "Publish" button
    Click the publish button
  5. Copy the URL of the published sheet
    Copy the URL of the published sheet
  6. Paste the URL in the field below
